WHEN WE STARTED
Symphony Home Improvement was founded in 2014 by Gary Rawding, a professional with more than a decade of experience in the building industry. Although we are a young company, each member of our team has worked in different areas of the home improvement field for years. Our crews bring extensive experience to each job. Hiring well-rounded workers is an important part of our business. We believe that if you want to accomplish great things, you need a team of people who have unique strengths. It’s our goal to have this commitment shine through in each job.
Because we’re still the new business on the block, we try harder. We work longer, and we go above the usual level of service to make sure that you’re completely happy and satisfied with the products that we offer and the work that we perform. Old-fashioned customer service still exists at Symphony Home Improvement. We thrive on customer referrals, and we make sure that each job is done well.
WHERE WE ARE
Our office is located in Burlington, Massachusetts. We complete window replacements and installations in Boston’s northern suburbs and in cities Along rt 95, Rt 128, rt 3 and rt 90. If you’re purchasing windows for a new construction job, we can deliver them directly to your job site to cities along the Merrimack River. To reduce our overhead and save you money, we don’t have an elaborate showroom. In-home consultations are available throughout Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

Symphony Home Improvement is a full-service firm specializing in window and door installations and replacements. Our company is fully bonded and insured above the state minimum in Massachusetts. We maintain all required licenses and a current lead-safe renovation certificate.

It takes a special combination of experience and professionalism to earn a loyal customer at the end of each job. We believe in the importance of good planning, the right tools, quality products and friendly customer service. Each project starts with a free in-home consultation. This is the foundation of our business. If you want a second opinion or good advice, there’s no obligation. When repairs are the right solution, we’ll let you know. When a replacement is the better choice, we’ll tell you why.
When you’re ready to move forward with the installation, we’ll show you some of the products that we offer. Our estimators and designers never tell you which type of door or window you should choose. Each customer has different priorities. Maintenance and security are important for some clients. Others might focus on the product’s aesthetic value, cost or energy efficiency. There’s a product for each client. We will give you the details that you need to make an informed decision.
